As a Baptist church located in Osgood, Indiana, we joyfully serve Ripley and the surrounding Indiana counties. We are so thankful you have decided to visit us, even if it was by accident. We know and understand there are no accidents in God’s plan for your life. One of the main reasons we are here is because, while you may be able to locate our website by accident, we are not here by accident. We Are Here on Purpose and for a Purpose We are here to provide you with education, edification, and enlightenment about our church. At MPBC, we are serious about the advancement of the Kingdom of God. Everything you see and find here is for that purpose. We are striving to glorify God in all that we do! |

How to Get to Us If you are going to physically visit us, you will only find us because you are looking for us on purpose. Please visit our directions page to help you locate our church building. We are located in Ripley County, Indiana in the town of Osgood. We also have a contact us page if you have any questions or would like to learn more about our congregation. Finally, we also solicit your prayers and patience as we update this site to better inform you, our guest, and to glorify God! To some extent this is expected. Jesus clearly said, “I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.” John 12:32. If there are leaders who are intentional about lifting up the name of Jesus Christ, we should not think it strange that men are drawn to their churches and ministries. Where men fail is remembering they are but reflected light of Jesus’ love. None of us can brag or boast in what we do. Left to ourselves we would have absolutely no glory to speak. But we also must remember that God is not in the glory sharing business. He deserves and expects all glory to be deferred to Him. ... >>more |
